John is a Saunders Tech graduate. After graduation he worked for a local security firm. He worked hard to gain technical expertise and knowledge of the business. A born entrepreneur, in the 80’s he formed his own business with longtime friend Mark Zallo.

After graduating high school Mark joined the Marine Corps Reserve for 6 years. He also worked for a local alarm company. He learned the business and then decided to strike out on his own and opened J&M with his longtime friend John Tripaldi.
